Commercial Law

Commercial law is a part of civil law. It is the sum of the norms that regulate the commercial business transactions of companies and standardize rules for their organization and activities. The provisions on the commercial register, commercial accounting and securities law are also part of commercial law. Commercial law includes company law, merger law, company law, accounting law, capital market law, securities law, commercial register law and provisions on commercial proxies. In practice, insurance law and intellectual property law are also usually included in commercial law.
