Company Law

Company law deals with aspects related to associations of persons. A company is a contractual association of two or more persons to achieve a common purpose with common forces or means. Accordingly, the characteristic features of a company are the association of persons, the contractual foundation, and the common pursuit of a purpose.

In a narrower sense, company law is understood as the totality of all norms that regulate the external and internal relationship of companies. In particular, company law deals with the formation, termination, organization and financing of companies. In a broader sense, company law encompasses all matters that have to do with the entrepreneurial activity of associations of persons. This also includes areas of commercial law.

Corporate law combines legal and economic aspects. It therefore requires the expertise of a lawyer with interdisciplinary training and a sensitivity for economic contexts. Our owner, lawyer Dr. Dr. Teichmann, LL.M. has extensive expertise in the field of economics and finance. Our team is also interdisciplinarily trained.

Company law is complex and there are many details to consider. We will be happy to advise you on all corporate law issues and work with you to develop the best possible strategy for your company. In doing so, we always take your individual concerns into account and do not lose sight of economic aspects.

Among other things, we advise you on the choice of the appropriate legal form, on financing and other legally relevant aspects. Our experienced team applies for the necessary permits for your company and takes care of administrative procedures. We communicate with the authorities on your behalf and ensure that no important details are neglected in the planning.

We also carry out the entry in the commercial register. The purpose of the commercial register is to informally facilitate business transactions and to document information about the basic legal relationships of companies and corporations, which it then makes accessible to third parties. Thus, the publicity and information function is the main function of the commercial register.
